Private rates available for non-NDIS clients.

How you can pay

Most of our clients are funded through the NDIS, but we also welcome private clients and other funding pathways.

NDIS

Self-managed, Plan-managed, or NDIA-managed. Our rates align with the current NDIS Price Guide.

Private

Pay directly with no NDIS plan required. An invoice is sent after each session.

Other funding

Medicare (where applicable), insurance, workplace or school-funded. Ask us to check eligibility.

Travel costs

When we come to you, two charges apply: one for the therapist's time and one for kilometres travelled.

Travel time

Charged at 50% of the therapy rate, for up to 30 minutes each way (per the NDIS Modified Monash Model).

NDIS  $97.00/hr Private  $100.00/hr

Kilometres

A flat rate per kilometre for the return trip from our clinic to you. Covers vehicle running and maintenance.

Pricing FAQs

Yes. Our NDIS rates match the current NDIS Price Guide. When the NDIS updates its rates, we update ours too, and we'll always let you know ahead of any change.

Not at all. We welcome private clients and can also assist with other funding pathways (insurance, Medicare, workplace or school). Reach out and we'll point you in the right direction.

We ask for 24 hours' notice where possible so we can offer the session to someone else. Late cancellations may be charged in line with NDIS guidance.

Invoices are issued after each session. NDIS invoices go to your plan manager (or you, if self-managed). Private invoices are emailed directly.

Yes, telehealth is available for many of our services and is charged at the same hourly rate. No travel costs apply.

Medicare and private health rebates may apply to some services. Eligibility depends on your provider and your plan. Email enquiries@growandengage.com.au and we'll check for you.
