Frequently Asked Questions
Our groups are open to adults, children, teens, and families depending on the program. Each group listing specifies the target age range and eligibility. NDIS participants are welcome and we can provide documentation to support NDIS funding requests.
Groups are designed for people on our waitlist so you can access support sooner but you don't have to be on the waitlist. Simply submit an enquiry and our team will guide you through the next steps.
Groups offer a structured, therapist facilitated environment where participants benefit from both professional guidance and shared peer experience. They're a powerful complement to individual therapy, especially for building social confidence and community connection.
Yes! Many of our groups are compatible with NDIS funding. Depending on your plan, groups may be claimable under Capacity Building supports. Email enquiries@growandengage.com.au and we'll help you understand your options.
Please notify us as early as possible if you can't attend. Your facilitator will provide a summary of key content where possible. Please note refunds may not be available for missed sessions.
Referrers can submit via our online referral form or email enquiries@growandengage.com.au. Please include the client's age, the group of interest, and any relevant background. Our intake team will follow up with shortly.
